Hydrolycus armatus, one of those great game fish we have at the Orinoco bassin, this fish has an amazing head with incredible fangs! Will prefer currents to hunt but you will see them in slower wáter chasing prey along the shore lines. This is a fish that can reach up to 40 pounds, the common sizes are between 10 to 25 pounds. This is a strong and fast fish that will rip off line and jump while at it
